The tenderer, if the equipment is cooperatively manufactured, shall furnish qualifications, achievements and capacities of the cooperator and detailed explanation to the cooperation, and take full responsibilities for qualities of the tendering products (including cooperatively manufactured product). 1.2、設備的成熟性要求 翻譯：Requirement on the maturity of the equipment 機床設計制造應符合ISO標準。必須是標準、成熟技術制造的定型產品，不允許隨標書要求而修改、降低設備的重要指標。投標人對提供設備的制造標準、定型情況等內容作出相應說明，提供近三年來，5臺以上同類設備的銷售業績清單。 翻譯：The machine must be manufactured in finalized design and with standard & mature technology, and satisfy key parameters in the sample, etc.; never change or lower key indicators of the equipment to meet requirements in tender document.
