譯：保修的一般條件 The following constitute general conditions, to the extent applicable, of all warranties and guarantees herein. Warranty claims can only be considered when the conditions hereafter are fulfilled: 譯：下列條件構成一切保修和保證的一般條件。只有在這些條件得到滿足時保修要求才能予以考慮： i.Buyer shall strictly follow Supplier’s recommendations and instructions furnished pursuant to this Contract for the operation of the Equipment and, in the absence thereof, follow generally accepted industry practices in the receipt, handling, storage, protection, installation, maintenance, inspection, and operation of the Equipment. 譯：買方應嚴格遵守供應商按照本合同提出的有關設備操作的建議和指示，如果沒有這樣的建議和指示，應遵守有關設備的接收、搬運、儲存、保護、安裝、維護、檢驗和操作的業界通用慣例。 ii.Buyer shall not operate the Equipment beyond the operational limitations as provided in the operation and maintenance instructions by the Supplier. 譯：買方不得在供應商的操作維護說明書中規定的操作限制之外操作設備。 iii.Buyer shall furnish, at the request of Supplier, without any cost for Supplier, personnel and facilities, according to the necessities, to assist Supplier in any repair or replacement pursuant to its warranty obligations. 譯：應供應商的要求，買方應按照需要免費向供應商提供人員和設施，協助供應商根據其保修義務進行任何維修或更換。 iv.For the purpose of observing, Buyer shall provide Supplier’s representatives reasonable access to Buyer’s facilities for the Equipment and the operation and maintenance thereof. 譯：為觀察之目的，買方應允許供應商的代表合理使用自己的設施，供設備、操作和維護之用。 v.Damages due to normal wear and tear, utilisation for other than the intended purpose, improper handling, non-observance of operation instructions or specifications or inadequate maintenance are excluded from Supplier’s warranty. 譯：由于正常磨損、預定用途之外的使用、不正確的搬運、沒有遵守操作指示或說明、或維護不良而致的損壞不在供應商的保修之列。 |
