I took both China and Thai materials procurement ,and Visited andevaluated the qualified suppliers, Under VMI purchasing model to establish thecooperative relationship with Multiple vendors. After one year working, I helped company to reduce procurement cost 20%, reduced China material procurement delivery time to 30 days,reduced Thai Local procurement delivery time to 7days.that is optimized the inventory and ensured the production. Moreover, I trained the new purchase staffs and made purchasing procurement. 2012.11-2014.06 Coordinator to foreign partners, DunAn Metals(Thailand)Co.,Ltd. 調入行政部門，任職外聯員，梳理內外，輔助公司運營，對公司事務進行管理。與各部門負責人結合集團標準并根據泰國本地特色重新制定流程和標準，提高員工辦事效率；協助公司相關部門與客戶溝通，維護客情關系；組織公司企業文化活動，提高員工團隊精神。這段從業經歷除了極大的鍛煉了本人的協調溝通、工作統籌能力，更多的是泰國對外商投資政策有了更深入認識。 In the second year, I was transferred to HR department as coordinator to foreign partners. I assisted and coordinated in all general tasks with internal department andexternal. According to Thai local characteristic remade the procedure with each department for improve staffs efficiency. Also I assisted communication and develop customers relationship with related departments, organized corporate culture activities, enhance employees Team spirits. This experience not only improve my communication ability and consider the problem persisting on the whole base, but also more understand Thailand investment policy for foreign.
