Cleaning procedure NOTE
Do not use any aggressive chemical agents to clean the machine!
WARNING
Use special care in order not to damage any mechanical parts or machine components while cleaning the machine.
- The following parts of each stations need to be cleaned:
- all the areas which come in contact with assembly parts or where assembly parts slide (in particular Tubes loading, Tubes distributor and matrix area)
- part feeding systems
- assembling units
- safety guards
- the area around the machine
- Always use appropriate cleaning agents, rags, brushes, and a vacuum cleaner to remove dirt. If necessary, use compressed air to remove dirt from the machine's units. Use brushes for more severe dirt.
Compressed air pressure should be less than 0.2 MPa (2 bar).
