《“十四五”健康老齡化規劃》近日發布，旨在關懷老齡化人群的健康問題。規劃說，我國78%以上的老年人至少患有一種以上慢性病，失能老年人數量將持續增加。老年人對健康需求的增加，則需要更多健康老齡化機構、隊伍、服務和政策的支持。規劃提出，完善老年人預防保健服務體系，減少、延緩老年人失能（智）發生。加快無障礙環境建設和住宅適老化改造。推動在老年人集中場所安裝自動體外除顫儀（AED）。

China has released a five-year plan on elderly care for the 2021-2025 period, aiming to boost the health of the country's aging population. Over 78 percent of China's senior population has at least one chronic disease, and the number of incapacitated elderly individuals continues to grow, calling for more institutions, personnel, services and policies to meet their needs.

The plan pledges efforts to improve the preventive health service system for elderly people, reducing or delaying the occurrence of disability and dementia. It underlines the accelerated development of barrier-free environments, elderly friendly renovations of residential buildings, and the installation of automated external defibrillators at public venues.

國家互聯網信息辦公室3月2日公布《互聯網彈窗信息推送服務管理規定（征求意見稿）》，并向社會公開征求意見。根據征求意見稿，互聯網彈窗信息推送服務不得推送《網絡信息內容生態治理規定》明確的違法和不良信息，特別是惡意炒作娛樂八卦、緋聞隱私、奢靡炫富、審丑扮丑等違背公序良俗內容。征求意見稿指出，彈窗推送新聞信息，不得歪曲、篡改標題原意和內容。不得濫用算法，向未成年用戶推送可能影響其身心健康的信息。

China's cyberspace watchdog published a draft regulation on Wednesday concerning pop-up windows and notification services on internet platforms, with the aim of soliciting public opinions.

Providers of internet services will not be allowed to push notifications containing content involving celebrity gossip or personal privacy, extravagant displays of wealth and the appreciation of ugliness, according to the draft regulation from the Cyberspace Administration of China.

In providing news-alert services, the original meaning and content of the titles should not be distorted or falsified, it says. Misuse of algorithms and promoting information that is harmful to minors will also be banned by the new regulation.

國務院新聞辦公室2月28日發表《2021年美國侵犯人權報告》。報告稱，2021年，劣跡斑斑的美國人權狀況進一步惡化。虛假民主踐踏民眾政治權利，暴力執法讓移民難民的處境更加艱難，針對少數族裔特別是亞裔的歧視攻擊愈演愈烈。與此同時，美國單邊主義行徑在全球制造了新的人道災難。

China's State Council Information Office on Monday issued the Report on Human Rights Violations in the United States in 2021. The report said the human rights situation in the US worsened in 2021.

Treacherous democracy trampled on people's political rights, and violent law enforcement made life harder for migrants and refugees in the US, it said. The report also highlighted the country's growing discrimination against ethnic minority groups, especially people of Asian descent. Unilateral US actions created new humanitarian crises across the globe, it added.
