12月10日，中國同中美洲國家尼加拉瓜恢復(fù)大使級外交關(guān)系。尼加拉瓜共和國政府承認世界上只有一個中國，中華人民共和國政府是代表全中國的唯一合法政府，臺灣是中國領(lǐng)土不可分割的一部分。尼加拉瓜共和國政府即日斷絕同臺灣的“外交關(guān)系”，并承諾不再同臺灣發(fā)生任何官方關(guān)系，不進行任何官方往來。國務(wù)委員兼外長王毅表示，中方歡迎尼加拉瓜政府作出同臺灣“斷交”、同中華人民共和國恢復(fù)外交關(guān)系的政治決斷。中尼于1985年建交。1990年，尼加拉瓜右翼政府同臺灣當(dāng)局“復(fù)交”。

Nicaragua and China resumed diplomatic ties on Dec 10 after the Central American nation broke its ties with Taiwan. The government of Nicaragua recognizes that there is only one China in the world and that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China’s territory. It also promises to have neither official relations nor official exchanges with Taiwan. China welcomes and appreciates the right decision made by Nicaragua, said State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi. China and Nicaragua established diplomatic ties in 1985. Yet in 1990, China ceased its relations with Nicaragua after the country established official relations with Taiwan.

*Resume作動詞，表示“重新開始，恢復(fù)”，名詞形式為resumption。Resume training (恢復(fù)訓(xùn)練)；resume classes (復(fù)課)；resume operations (恢復(fù)運營)。Resume作名詞表示“簡歷”。

國家醫(yī)保局12月3日公布2021年國家醫(yī)保藥品目錄調(diào)整結(jié)果。本次調(diào)整中，共計74種藥品新增進入目錄，談判調(diào)入的67種獨家藥品平均“砍價”61.7%。新增藥品包括腫瘤用藥18種，新冠肺炎治療用藥2種。2021年國家醫(yī)保談判藥品基金測算專家組組長鄭杰表示，部分藥品高價仍然是很多百姓的負擔(dān)。鄭杰希望通過努力，更多國人可以平價使用好藥新藥。

The National Healthcare Security Administration announced on Dec 3 that 74 drugs will be added to China’s national insurance drug list from the year 2022. Eighteen of the newly added drugs are for cancer treatment and two are for treating COVID-19. The prices of the newly included drugs will be reduced by an average of 61.7 percent thanks to price negotiations since October. Zheng Jie, an expert from the administration’s drug negotiation team, said the high prices of some drugs are still a burden for many people. “Through our efforts, we hope more people in China can benefit from good, new drugs at cheaper prices.”

12月8日至10日召開的中央經(jīng)濟工作會議明確，明年經(jīng)濟工作要穩(wěn)字當(dāng)頭、穩(wěn)中求進。會議指出，在錯綜復(fù)雜的國際國內(nèi)形勢下，中國經(jīng)濟“穩(wěn)”的基調(diào)愈發(fā)堅實，“進”的態(tài)勢不斷增強。同時，也面臨疫情和全球經(jīng)濟通貨膨脹帶來的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。因此，2022年經(jīng)濟工作要把握穩(wěn)字當(dāng)頭，各方面要積極推出有利于經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定的政策，確保中國經(jīng)濟巨輪始終沿著正確方向前進。

China’s economic development for the upcoming year should prioritize stability while pursuing progress, according to the three-day annual Central Economic Work Conference that concluded on Dec 10 in Beijing. It was noted in the meeting that although China has maintained a leading global position in economic development in 2021, the country’s economy still faces challenges amid the rise in COVID-19 infections and global economic inflation pressure.Thus, stability is highlighted as a major target for the year 2022 and various measures to promote economic prosperity will be rolled out ahead of schedule.
