21.1 Suspension by Buyer
合同由買方中止
Buyer may at any time after the Start of Delivery Time date instruct Supplier by written Notice to suspend progress of part or all of the Work. Upon receipt of such written Notice of suspension, for such time or times and in such manner as Buyer may consider necessary, Supplier shall comply with such instruction and shall during such suspension properly protect, store and secure the affected Equipment, materials, engineering documentation and Work or part thereof against any deterioration, loss or damage.
買方可以在交付時間之日開始后的任何時候向供應商發出書面通知，指示供應商中止部分或全部工作的進度。接到中止的書面通知后，供應商應以買方認為必要的時間和方式遵守該指示，并在中止期間適當地保護、儲存和確保未受到影響的設備、材料、設計文件和工作或其任何部分不受任何腐爛、丟失或損壞。
In such case, Supplier shall be entitled to an extension of time for completion and delivery of the Equipment and to payment of all costs incurred in connection with the suspension.
在這種情形下，供應商有權要求對設備的完工和交付時間進行展延，有權要求買方支付有關中止而發生的全部費用。
In case the duration of suspension exceeds ninety (90) days and Buyer fails to order resumption of the suspended Work, the Parties may terminate the Contract. In such case Supplier shall be compensated for the Work performed through the date of termination (including cancellation and demobilisation cost).
如果中止時間超過九十天，而買方沒有指示恢復交付被中止的工作，則合同雙方可以終止本合同。在此種情形下，供應商應就直到終止之日履行完的工作得到賠償（包括取消費和遣散費）。
